07:25 AM EDT, 04/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Collective Mining (CNL.TO), up 2.9% in U.S. pre-market trading, on Monday said Ned Jalil has been appointed chief executive, effective immediately.
Jalil, who has held senior roles at Kinross Gold (K.TO) and Appian Capital, takes over from Osmar Ossma, who retains his role as president of the company.
The company's shares were last seen up US$0.31, to US$10.98, in U.S. pre-market trading.
