08:29 AM EDT, 05/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Tecsys (TCS.TO) on Thursday said it has acquired assets from Pivotree (PVT.V) that include select customer contracts and intellectual property for $2.7 million.
Tecsys has also established a subsidiary in India. The team there will support warehouse management system (WMS) solutions. It currently delivers services to enterprise customers, including FORTUNE 100 companies, a statement noted.
The newly acquired team from Pivotree will also support product development and boost Tecsys' global support coverage.
