01:14 PM EDT, 07/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- AtkinsREalis Group (ATRL.TO) on Monday said it completed the acquisition of Irish engineering and consultancy firm Patrick J Tobin & Co.

Patrick J Tobin has 200 employees working across five offices in Ireland, and brings AtkinsRealis' local footprint to more than 700 employees.

"Tobin brings highly complementary expertise, strong regional relationships and an excellent reputation for delivery. Together, we are well positioned to expand our impact and play a bigger role in delivering the country's future infrastructure and energy priorities," said Ian Edwards, chief executive officer.

AtkinsRealis shares were last seen down C$0.58 to $90.19 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
