04:00 PM EDT, 10/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Ynvisible Interactive (YNV.V) is selling its Swedish assets to Stockholm-based Cellfion for CA$960,000 cash as it moves to focus on its smart label programs.
The Norrkoping, Sweden, production line and related equipment, service contracts and premises lease, along with production staff, will transfer to Cellfion, a statement said. Ynvisible will retain all of its intellectual property and inventory. The two companies will also sign a profit-sharing agreement for business generated from the transferred assets.
The transaction, which is expected to close this month, will cut Ynvisible's annual operating expenses by more than CA$800,000.
"This sale completes the shift to our manufacturing model: custom, lower-volume work in Portugal and high-volume production with CCL", said Ramin Heydarpour, chief executive officer of Ynvisible.
"We keep all of our IP and inventory, and turn the Norrkoping assets into cash and a profit share. Cellfion gets a proven line and a trained team, and we stay connected to its success through the profit-sharing agreement," he added.
Ynvisible shares were down CA$0.005 at CA$0.055 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
