05:18 PM EDT, 10/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Lundin Gold (LUG.TO) produced a record 153,736 ounces of gold in the third quarter, up from the 122,086 ounces in the prior year period, the company said after trade on Thursday.

Of the total quarterly gold production from the Fruta del Norte mine in Ecuador, 103,311 ounces were produced as concentrate and 50,425 ounces as dore, a statement said.

Lundin is on track to meet its full-year production guidance of 475,000 ounces to 525,000 ounces of gold, Chief Executive Officer Jamie Beck said.

The company will release its fiscal third-quarter financial results after trade on Nov. 4.

Lundin Gold shares closed up CA$1.70 at CA$86.71 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
