12:31 PM EDT, 10/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Endeavour Mining (EDV.TO) said on Friday that an employee at its Ity mine in Ivory Coast was found "unresponsive" in the processing plant and died on Oct. 7.

The company is investigating and will report its findings within its third-quarter results, a statement said.

Mining and processing activities at the Ity mine continued uninterrupted.

Endeavour shares were last seen up CA$1.02 at CA$77.35 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
