European ADRs Climb Higher in Wednesday Trading

In continental Europe, the gainers were led by furniture maker Natuzzi (NTZ) and internet browser company Opera Limited (OPRA), which rose 9.4% and 5% respectively. They were followed by electronics company Philips (PHG) and hotel booking site trivago (TRVG), which were up 4.2% and 3.2%.

The decliners in continental Europe were led by dating app operator Spark Networks (LOV) and biotech firm BioNTech SE (BNTX), which lost 1.3% and 0.5% respectively. They were followed by automation company ABB Ltd. (ABB), which fell 0.4%.

In the UK and Ireland, the gainers were led by medical device maker Edap (EDAP) 41% Carnival Corporation & Plc (CUK) 12% biopharmaceutical company MorphoSys AG (MOR) 8.5% Ryanair Holdings plc (RYAAY) 7.9%

The decliners in the UK and Ireland were led by Barrick Gold Corporation (GOLD) which fell 0.4%.
