They were followed by steel company POSCO (PKX) and Aurora Mobile Limited (JG), which increased 2.2% and 15%.
The decliners in North Asia were led by video game publisher The9 Limited (NCTY) and technology company Xunlei Limited (XNET), which tumbled 26% and 23% respectively. They were followed by online personal finance company Jiayin Group Inc. (JFIN) and online sports lottery service 500.com Limited (WBAI), which fell 17% and 15% respectively.
In South Asia, the gainers were led by telecommunications operator Telekomunikasi Indonesia (TLK) and automaker Tata Motors Limited (TTM), which rose 8.2% and 4.3% respectively. They were followed by ICICI Bank Limited (IBN) and telecommunications operator PLDT Inc. (PHI), which were up 1.1% and 0.1%.
The decliners in South Asia were led by biotech firm ASLAN Pharmaceuticals Limited (ASLN) and IT company Wipro Limited (WIT), which fell 4.9% and 3.2% respectively. They were followed by IT firm Sify Technologies Limited (SIFY) and digital entertainment company Sea Limited (SE), which dropped 1% and 1.5%.
