It operates through the following business segments: China-Apparel, Investment, and Japan-Apparel. The China-Apparel segment includes distribution and retail of sport apparel under Kappa Brand and other brands, and international business which includes the sales of Kappa Brand products in other countries. The Investment segment refers to the investment in all kinds of financial assets and treasury products issued by commercial banks. The Japan-Apparel segment covers the distribution and retail of sport apparel under Kappa, Phenix and other brands. The company was founded by Yi Hong Chen on March 23, 2007 and is headquartered in Beijing, China.
