JX Advanced Metals Corp. engages in the development and mining of non-ferrous metal resources. It operates through the following segments: Semiconductor Materials, Information and Communication Materials, and Basic Materials. The Semiconductor Materials segment it offer sputtering targets for semiconductors and magnetic materials, as well as products used in various high-performance devices, cutting-edge IT equipment, medical equipment, and electric vehicles. The Information and Communication Materials segment provides copper alloys such as titanium copper foil, which is used in high-performance connectors for AI servers, and Corson alloy, which is used in connectors and lead frames. The Basic Materials segment is positioned as a base business, and plays a role in supporting the focus businesses through the stable supply of copper and rare metals. The company was founded in September 2002 and is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
